Cancellation Policy
Commitment to Sanitation

 
I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered at or by Leif Yoga.  I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes, programs, or workshops.  It is clients responsibility to inform the instructor of any physical limitations before class begins.  I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Leif Yoga and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities.  I also understand the risks for potential contagious diseases that may be acquired from being in contact with other members of the community, and that attending any classes, workshops, or other actives are at will and not to be held liable by Leif Yoga.

Cancellation policy: We honor and respect the time of our instructors as well ensuring space for other clients as we will have limited spaces for each class, please make cancelations to your class 12 hours before start of class for  full credit. Refunds are given on a case by case basis. Cancellations for single classes made within the 12 hour window will be charged a $10 fee.

Commitment to Sanitation: We are committed to maintaining safety precautions with a cleaning routine for the studio and equipment being used. We will not require masks during practice, clients are free to wear their own personal protective equipment. 

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions and cancellation policy stated above. 

I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Leif Yoga, its owners, employees, instructors, other staff and volunteers and from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered at the facility. In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, or other activities at or with Leif Yoga, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities.
