What is Yoga?
Yoga was first originated in India. It was a means to end suffering. The word yoga literally translate to the word "union", of the mind, body, and soul.
Commonly, many associate yoga with the postures, the physical aspect. However, yoga encompasses a holistic range. Essentially, it is a means "that which brings you to reality." But it's not just the asanas (the postures). By focusing on your breath, mind and body, brings self awareness, and training to calm your mind in the busy world we live in.
Yoga is a practice on and off the mat to find peace and joy.
